Former President Trump will greet supporters at Long Island's Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum for what's being considered his first full campaign rally since Saturday's apparent thwarted assassination attempt.

Trump visited the city of Flint, Mich., on Tuesday for a town hall style interview with Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R).

New York is not exactly polling as a swing state, but the former president took an optimistic view of his chances there, suggesting to followers of his Truth Social account in the Empire State, "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE? VOTE FOR TRUMP!"

The visit is also sure to get maximum coverage given New York's media environment, and the state is hosting at least seven House races seen as competitive this cycle.
